A little more talk about God's law this week, and how it was a "game changer" for us when we realized that not only do we not live by the law in our lives in Christ, but the law actually has a negative effect on the flesh - the arousal and revival of sin! We also chat about the huge difference between the ministry of the law and the ministry of Christ. One ministry counted people's sins against them and the other ministry took those sins away! The game changers that we're talking about this week have to do with the God's commandments. In the past, in our understanding of life in Christ, we thought that it was up to us to do our best to keep God's commandments. But as we discuss this week, over time we came across a ton of scriptures that really show that we were missing the mark with those assumptions!

Does God's law enable us to live right? Does it help us to curb sinful passions? Is it life for us? Do faith and law mix? Galatians 5:1 says that it is for freedom that Christ has set us free, and we are encouraged to remain free of bondage. What bondage is being talked about, and how do we get free of it?
